1. What is The Flex FX?
The Flex FX is a training experience built to help you get strong, move better, and feel powerful. It’s about transforming your body and your fitness habits, not just looking the part. Expect strength and mobility training with purpose, backed by coaching that meets you where you are and pushes you further.
2. Where do you train clients?
Sessions are in person across the D.C. and Maryland area. We’re currently working on establishing private training spaces. In the meantime, one-on-one sessions take place at your local gym. Once you book a consultation, we’ll choose the setup that best fits your goals and schedule.
3. What happens in the first session?
We’ll start with a brief movement check, discuss your goals, and go through a focused workout. No pressure, no ego, just a baseline to see where you’re at so we can build from there.
4. Do I need to already be in shape?
No, you don't need to be in shape already. The Flex FX welcomes everyone, regardless of their current fitness level. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into it, our program is designed to meet you where you are and build from there.
5. What’s your training style?
Our training style is a professional mix of strength work, mobility training, and functional movement. We focus on smart, purposeful training, not reckless workouts. Every session is designed with a clear intention, ensuring you get the most out of your time with us. Stay tuned for our group fitness classes, coming soon.
6. How long are sessions?
About an hour, which includes the warm-up, workout, and recovery. No wasted time, just results.
7. What do I need to bring?
Bring water, good energy, and be ready to work. Everything else is handled.
8. How do I get started?
Hit the “Start Your Journey” button on the site. We’ll talk through your goals, schedule, and best training options — then get you started with your first session.
9. What’s your cancellation policy?
Life happens. Just give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may count as a session.
10. Do you offer meal or nutrition help?
Yes! For an extra few, you’ll get basic nutrition guidance that aligns with your goals. Simple, realistic habits that work with your training and lifestyle.
11. How do payments work?
Our payment process is designed for your convenience and security. All payments must be made before booking a session, and we offer secure online options such as Apple Pay, Android Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App. After your consultation, you can choose from package or single-session options, making it easy to find the best fit for your needs.
