To respect everyone’s time and provide the best scheduling availability, Flex FX maintains the following cancellation policies:

1. Standard Sessions

• Cancellations require 12 hours notice.

• Cancellations under 12 hours are considered a late cancel and the session will be forfeited or charged in full.

2. No-Shows

• A “no-show” results in a full charge or deduction of the session from your package.

• Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.

3. Duo Sessions

• If one partner cancels, the session still counts.

• If neither partner attends, it is considered a duo no-show.

4. Monthly Memberships

• Missed sessions do not roll over to the next month.

• Monthly members must cancel before their auto-renewal date to avoid charges for the next cycle.

5. Trainer Cancellations

If Flex FX cancels your session for any reason:

• You will not lose the session

• We will reschedule at your earliest convenience

6. Emergencies

True emergencies will be handled with understanding and flexibility at the trainer’s discretion.
